The article should be submitted in the journal template with an cover letter

In the cover letter, fill in the information in detail and put ticks and signatures in the appropriate places

It is important to note that the responsibility for the validity of information and compliance with the law, moral and ethical norms, and guidelines lies with the authors. Submitted materials should not contain derogatory language, aggression, or discrimination based on nationality, religion, race, color, sex, disability, or age, as these are illegal and unacceptable. The authors are also responsible for expressing their opinions, viewpoints, thoughts, results, and conclusions accurately in the paper, as well as ensuring the validity of the information, accuracy of terms, names, and citations.
